The decorative laminate, which is produced according to the EN-438, is used without forming on the horizontal and the vertical surfaces. Its thickness is between 0,6 – 1,8 mm. It is produced as one of its surface sanded and it used to cover the surface of the carrier sheet.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

The dimension and the surface forms of undercoat laminate are as below table according to our production capability.



a* is the dimension of the width in the CPL production as 1.300mm maximum and 850 mm minimum.
B* is the dimension of the length in the CPL production as 5.500mm maximum and 1.500 mm minimum.

GENERAL INFORMATION

HGS: Horizontal General Standard: Laminate for general horizontal application.
VGS: Vertical General Standard: Laminate for general vertical application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ASD recommends that the laminates should be covered with a protective foil in order to avoid the laminates being damaged or scratched during their fabrication for the horizontal and the vertical uses.
