POSTFORMING LAMINATE

The decorative laminate, which is produced according to the EN-438, is used to cover the edges of the carrier sheet without having any joint by bending it with the application of the heat on the horizontal and the vertical surfaces. Its thickness is between 0,6 – 0,8 mm. It is produced as one of its surface sanded.

The dimension and the surface forms of postforming laminate are as below table according to our production capability.



a* is the dimension of the width in the CPL production as 1.300mm maximum and 650 mm minimum.
B* is the dimension of the length in the CPL production as 5.500mm maximum and 1.500 mm minimum.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

HGP: Horizontal General Postforming: Postforming laminate for general horizontal application.
VGP: Vertical General Postforming : Postforming laminate for general vertical application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ASD recommends that the postforming laminates with gloss or matt surfaces should be covered with a protective foil in order to avoid the postforming laminates being damaged or scratched during their fabrication for the horizontal and the vertical uses.
