METAL LAMİNATE

The metal laminate is the high pressure laminate where it is obtained with real aluminium surfaces according to the EN 438 norms. The real aluminium surface is adhered the phenolic layer at the bottom with an special technique.

The surface of the aluminium is highly resistant to the environmental effects since it is treated under special operations.

The aluminium surface can be produced in three different types as smooth metal, brushed metal and golden smooth metal and with various surface forms. The metal laminate is used in the places where it is needed to have special metallic effect with an decorative view.

The metal laminate is produced with thickness of 0,80 mm as standard, but it can be produced with thickness between 0,60 and 1,50 mm upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ASD recommends that the metal laminates should be used on vertical surfaces. ASD recommends that the laminates should be covered with a protective foil in order to avoid the laminates being damaged or scratched during their fabrication.
