ASD is a promising production and marketing company, which has been found in 1999 by the collaboration of three well known company in the forest products sector. ASD has started to produce high quality continuous laminates and sheet laminates by purchasing Hymmen CPL Press in 2001 and MH HPL press which has been acquired afterwards. ASD, which has became one of the major laminate manufacturer in a short time, took the advantage of being young firm in the sector and became a leader production and marketing company at present.

ASD is recently marketing; laminate, PVC Edgeband, Chipboard, Melamin faced chipboard, MDF, Melamin Faced MDF and adhesive products which needs to glue the laminate on the surfaces. Besides that, ASD is producing laminate with its own brand, in its own factory which is built by latest technology and established in 12.000m² covered area - totally 80.000m² opened area in Düzce.
