CHALK WRITING BOARD LAMINATE

The decorative laminate, which is produced according to EN 438, is adhered on the carrier board on the horizontal and the vertical surfaces. It can be written on the board with the chalk. It can easily be cleaned with dry textile or felt cleaners. Its thickness is between 0,6 mm and 1,0 mm. It is produced as one of its surface sanded. It is possible to write on the surface of the writing board laminate with a chalk for 5 years without carrying out any operation on it. It has high abrasion resistance values. Since the writing board surface has low gloss, the writings on it do not shine. It has been found out in the tests which are applied to the board that, it can be used for long time with the standard chalks. The surfaces can easily be cleaned.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

The dimension and the surface forms are as stated on the below table according to our capability of production of the chalk writing board. The chalk writing board is produced in black, dark green and roma blue colours. When requested, it can also be produced in dark colours.

It is possible to produce for the a*xb* values with maximum width of 130 cm and minimum width of 65 cm and with the length minimum of 150 cm and with limitless maximum length choices.


SUGGESTION FOR USE

• Its surface should be cleaned with cloth or with felt.
• There should not be any stain or foreign material on the cloth or on the felt which can damage the writing board.
• Since the surface of the writing board is opaque, any abrasive cleaning agent should not be used on the surface.
• The staining which can occur on the surface of the board due to wrong use of pen or material can be cleaned with water.
• After cleaning the board with water, it should be dried well and any humidity should be relieved. Otherwise, the chalk can stain the surface when writing.
