ASD was established in 1999 under the leadership of Alpay Forestry Products Co. to produce and market Laminate and associated products. The parent company has over 50 years of experience in forestry products. ASD has achieved the following successes in just over ten years,
• ASD started production of high quality roll and sheet laminate with the investment of Hymenn CPL Press in 2001.
• Following the purchase of a multi layered HPL press in 2007, ASD started to produce compact laminate in order to increase its output quantity and product variety.
• After investment in its own resin production reactor in 2007, ASD started in-house production of all resins required for the impregnation lines.
• At present, with its own reactor, 3 impregnation lines, CPL and HPL lines; ASD has exceeded its own targets and showed great progress towards its mission to be one of the world’s largest laminate producers with the new HPL and CPL lines which are expected to start production in the near future.
• The ASD laminate range is now exported to over 30 countries worldwide, mainly in Europe which shows international confidence of the ASD products and business.
• Over 100 employees work in the 12.000 m² purpose built modern production facility located on an 80.000 m² plot in the Duzce Organized Industrial Zone and a further 50 employees are employed at the Istanbul Head Office focused to achieve company's targets.
• ASD has always considered quality at the forefront of its business and has supported this with hard work and customer service.
